La Victoria: certified LEED Platinum

Welcome to the La Victoria project, where a geometric spatial play welcomes and invites you to venture further into rooms featuring exposed wood beams, a solid tongue and groove wood floors, giving it warmth and authenticity. Practical and functional, it has a garage-workshop, as well as a four-season greenhouse adjoining the kitchen, allowing for year-round cooking with plenty of fresh herbs, tomatoes and other vegetables! Designed for a father and his daughter, this house is built on two levels, including a frost-free wall and floor slab floor heating. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bedroom-office and a bathroom with laundry room.

This house is certified Novoclimat 2.0 and in the process of LEED certification.
