Welcome to La Côtière, a project that combines our offices and model home under one roof. Designed and built accordingly to the site, with indoor and outdoor finishes that are healthy for the body and the environment, this model house reflects our company’s values and philosophy.

The chosen materials are local, noble and sustainable requiring low maintenance and repair costs. Paints and coats have either low or free volatile compounds emissions, which are toxic and usually found in regular constructions. Furthermore, its solar passive and bioclimatic design, combined with sunshields guarantees a house that is fresh in the summertime, and warm and cozy in the winter while remaining bathed in natural light year-round. With triple fenestration, superior building envelope air and water-tightness, La Côtière has a low energy consumption (between 30%-60% less than a conventional home). In brief, our model home represents what an UrbanÉco house is: an investment for a better quality of life, and a comfort you can’t find elsewhere.
