Mount Foster
This exceptional residence at the summit of Mount Foster was designed by architect Natalie Dionne and built by UrbanÉco.
Benefiting from exceptional mountain views, the Mount Foster project embodies harmony between refined architecture and a breathtaking scenary. While the construction presented some challenges, particularly due to its fully glassed facade and its mass timber structure, the house stands out for its straight, thoughtfuly designed and perfectly aligned lines. Its simple and refined design evokes calm and rest.
This residence also stands out for its high-performance enveloppe, low-VOC finishes, and WaterSense pumbing fixtures.
Anchoring in the local community is also a key element of the project : all the artwork and most of the accessories and furniture come from Quebec and Canadian artists, as the owners are passionnate to support local artists. In total, the house has five bedrooms, one room with bunk beds and a gym, four bathrooms, two livings rooms, a cellar and open-concept living spaces.
