La Fricker

Welcome to the Fricker, the first house built for our eco-development le Champs des Possibles in Waterville. This LEED certified home has prepainted spruce on the outside, and a heated concrete floor inside. Situed in a serene neighboorhood and close to all services, it is a real cosy nest for the home-owners.  In addition, they can benefit from 2 acres of land that is co-owned with everyone living in le Champs des Possibles. Two lots are still for sale and available for construction in this eco-district!
