La Maison du Lac Parker – LEED Gold
This residence was built by UrbanÉco and designed in close collaboration with the client, who drew up the architectural plans himself to precisely meet his family's needs. Currently in the process of LEED certification, this project stands out for its eco-friendly approach and its timelessness, both in its aesthetic choices in the durability of the materials and appliances.
From the moment you walk through the door, the attention to detail is reflected in the high-quality finishes and sleek design. The contrast between the hardwood florrs upstairs and the concrete floors downstairs, as well as the choice of floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the first floor, blend perfectly with the perpetual decor that embraces the house.
Covered with five different exterior cladding materials, the house features complex architecture, marked by its roof, meticulous interior finishes, and almost entirely glass facade.
