Béliveau-Lapointe-Bourassa : certified LEED Gold

This is the first project by UrbanÉco at the Boisé du Lac Parker, designed and built for a couple. Its unique layout with the bedrooms and office space on ground floor, and the living areas on the first floor,  remind us of a luxury hotel. You unpack your bags right when you walk through the door, and move onto the top floor to enjoy the best views with your dinner. An integrated garage with a rooftop patio attached to the 2015 square feet house allows a seemless transition from the living areas to the outdoors, where you can enjoy a glass of wine during golden hour.
