Bibeau-Lafrenière: certified Novoclimat

Welcome to the Bibeau-Lafrenière residence! In this 1 184 square feet home, optimised spaces were key during the design process to fit three bedrooms, a habitable roof space, one bathroom and one laundry room. A 384 square feet heated garage was also added. With wooden toys and furniture made in Quebec and Canada, passed on from one generation to the next, you feel instantly connected to the house when stepping inside. Outside, a small playhouse was built in a sandbox, recycling the construction materials on one hand (particularly the roof) and providing children with a safe creative space on the other! Finally, the outdoor finish made out of fir dresses up the house in a simple but noble way.  One of UrbanÉco's precious achievements!
